For the first time, the event will also be broadcast live to regional Western Australia from the Perth Esplanade via the Westlink network.

Principal Conductor Paul Daniel will lead West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO) performing favourites such as the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah as well as Tchaikovsky’s spectacular 1812 Overture, complete with the Swan Bells and the 7 Field Battery of The Australian Army Reserve Artillery.
The concert will include a selection of popular classics including excerpts from Beethoven’s Symphony No.5, John Williams’ Star Wars Suite and Orff’s O Fortuna from Carmina Burana.
A special screening of Symphony in the City will be broadcast live onto a screen at:
